By purchasing and participating in this pickleball drop-in round robin session, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, collisions with other players or equipment, falls, and other injuries that may result from participation. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this activity.
2. Physical Fitness Certification
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions, impairments, or disabilities that would prevent my safe participation in pickleball activities. I have consulted with a physician if I have any concerns about my ability to participate safely.
3. Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all facility rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by LunaSol Sports staff and Torremuelle Racket Center personnel. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless LunaSol Sports, Torremuelle Racket Center, their owners, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me while participating in this activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
5. Medical Treatment Authorization
I authorize LunaSol Sports and Torremuelle Racket Center staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary, and I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.
6. Binding Agreement
I understand that this waiver is legally binding and that by completing this purchase, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
7. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights by purchasing this product. I acknowledge that I am purchasing this product freely and voluntarily.
